WHAT PRIVATE COACHING LOOKS LIKE

Private coaching is not about perfect form or pushing limits.

It is a personalised journey, shaped around how you move, feel, and evolve over time.

This means:

  • Sessions adapt as you adapt

  • Your energy on the day matters

  • There is no “right” way to move

NOT: Drop-in Sessions or Fixed Routines

YES: A Guided Journey Adapted As You Evolve

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Private coaching usually happens over a structured period rather than as isolated sessions.

A typical process looks like this:

  • A short conversation to understand your needs and intentions

  • A coaching program (often 6–8 weeks)

  • Sessions that evolve week by week

  • Space for reflection, feedback, and integration

This creates continuity, safety, and real change.

Sessions are adapted to you — not the other way around.

PRIVATE OR SMALL GROUP

Coaching is available:

  • One-to-one, or

  • In small groups of 2–3 people
     

Small-group coaching works well for:

  • Partners

  • Colleagues

It combines personal attention with shared accountability and support.
